About

Raised in a small town in Washington, I attended the University of Washington and Seattle University School of Law.  I practiced as a family law attorney in that same small town for the first three years of my career before moving to Seattle and shifting my practice to maritime law and personal injury.

After becoming a partner in the Seattle firm, I quickly realized that the ladder I’d been climbing was leaning against the wrong wall.  I had reached the top and found nothing there, so I left the law to pursue my next adventure.

During this transition, my second daughter, Lilly, arrived.  She was born with special needs, and the extra care and attention she required led me to stay home with her full-time.  After 15 years as a full-time Dad, Lilly made so much progress that I finally found the opportunity to follow my bliss and start a second career as a Life Coach in 2021.

This unique journey sets me apart as a Life Coach, since there’s very little I have not seen or experienced when it comes to the challenges of life and how to overcome them.  My time as an attorney taught me so much about people and how to face and resolve conflict, while the challenges of raising a special needs child taught me invaluable lessons in love, service, compassion, and resilience. These life experiences have equipped me with the wisdom and insight to guide others on their own paths towards personal growth and fulfillment.

Jack Kindred

Life Coach

I help individuals optimize their lives, achieve personal and professional goals, improve their overall well-being, and enhance their quality of life.  I work with clients to identify their strengths and weaknesses, set realistic and achievable goals, develop strategies to overcome obstacles, and maintain motivation and accountability.

Unlike a therapist, who often addresses mental health issues and past traumas, I focus on the present and future, guiding clients toward desired outcomes in areas such as personal development, relationships, health and career.

Executive Coach

I work with individuals in leadership positions to enhance their leadership skills, performance, and overall effectiveness.  I help my clients with strategies to enhance their communication and interpersonal skills, improve decision-making, and manage stress.

Unlike general life coaching, executive coaching is specifically tailored to the complexities and demands of the corporate and business world.

Divorce Coach

Having been a divorce attorney for many years, I am very good at supporting and encouraging clients through the divorce process.  My deep understanding of the emotions and challenges of divorce allows me to provide emotional clarity and support, significantly reduce free-floating anxiety and suffering, and provide strength and hope through a very difficult time.

I provide guidance on topics such as managing emotions, understanding the general legal process, communicating effectively with ex-partners, co-parenting, and planning for a post-divorce future.
